I’ve been blogging a lot about the benefits of spearmint tea and lowering testosterone. I do think it is the reason my ovulation last cycle came so early. At present I am cycle day ten and egg white cervical mucus is showing up already, so fingers crossed we are in for another early one this month!
Anyhow, a lot of people have been asking me where they can buy their own spearmint tea, so I thought I would share with you a little list that I put together for the Spearmint Tea group on Baby and Bump. If anyone wants to join that group, by the way, the link is – http://babyandbump.momtastic.com/ttc-groups/2273879-spearmint-cysters-science.html It’s a lovely little group and we already have our first spearmint baby growing 🙂
These are UK suppliers. For the USA you’ll have to have a google.

Green tea can contain the same amount of caffeine as regular black tea, so consume in moderation. No more than two cups a day if you’re watching your caffeine.

Just cutting off branches from a mint plant is nice
Wellll yeaaahhhhhh. But for those of us qho are not green fingered…
True. There is that. I find mint always spreads like wild fire if left in the garden.
Thats usually peppermint though, isnt it?
You got me there. I think so. It’s just the common mint plant you can find in supermarkets.
Yeah i think thats normally peppermint. Might look at buying a spearmint plant though. Hmmmm
I found Amazon to be the cheapest…
