Ain’t That Some Surprise…

Last night (cd18) I got a very dark OPK, leaving me wondering if it would go positive this morning.

I texted Superhero Donor to make him aware that we might need him today and he said he could (thankfully) donate today if needed. We agreed that I would let him know this morning if it was indeed insemination time.
Cue this…

No denying that! Excitedly I texted Superhero Donor and we arranged that he would come over later tonight. Later in the day I got this, further confirming my early ovulation this cycle.

I’m excited. I’m trying to keep my hopes in check, but I am definitely 100% excited! Why so exciting?
Well, I usually don’t ovulate until around cycle day 26. The one month that I got positive ovulation tests this early was the month that we conceived Squishy. Pretty much everything about this cycle is shaping up to be like that one.
I feel like I now have hope for this cycle. Please keep your fingers crossed that in about eleven days time we get a little Christmas miracle!
